At Starline Workwear, all of our products are made to order with custom printing or embroidery. As such, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-defective items. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’re here to help make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size ordered

Colour or style preferences

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
